RIGHT?! As an asian, myself, I enjoyed seeing a more 'accurate' depiction of Toronto on Degrassi. I'm really happy that Winston is on right now. I wonder how relevant he'll be though...

Will he be a 'side kick' or a significant character? Hope so...

Clearly Winston is used to girls using him to get to Miles. I'm guessing that means he doesn't see much action from the ladies himself. Too bad, he seems more laid back than Miles, and I like his generally amused attitude.

He seemed to be such an anticipated character....and well, we didn't get very much. Anyone else underwhelmed? Thoughts on what you'd like to see from him in the rest of season 13?

I'm still holding out for some material from him. I don't think they would add another niner as a throwaway (especially since they need to replenish the ranks thanks to Cam and Tori's departures) He seems much more interesting than Miles or Zoe to me, so it would be nice.

I'm wondering if he'll be the driving force behind the protest against Drew? I'm also wondering what drives those to protest Drew since most students tend not to give a crap about student government in high school.

Seems like he's looking to stand out so maybe? I wonder what his true feelings are on whatever the issue is. And it seems like he's trying to be popular with the ladies (didn't he hit on Clare in a promo and she's all weirded out?). I have a feeling...or I'm hoping...we get a plot where he discovers that being himself gets him genuine attention. And maybe then things heat up in the romance department.

I'm hoping that protest does something to add more to his character, because right now I fear he's almost become a one night let's laugh at how socially awkward he is punch line.

Which is sad.

It is going to be really disappointing if he is just going to be that character we laugh at. Maybe since this is Andre's first gig they are just getting him used to the role and see where it goes?

I hope that's it. I worry that they're just putting the dork label on him already, as they don't exactly have the best record of writing for those characters- although they did pretty good for Wesley for a while. Still pisses me off they booted him from the show. Him and KC.

They need to show us more of his friendship with Miles. They've told us that they have this long standing friendship. They haven't done much to actually show us that, though.

As always, I'd love to see some background on his family.

I'd also kind of like to see him and Zoe work on a project together, maybe with that new girl Grace. That could be kind of fun and do a good job of giving us a more detailed introduction of Grace.

I would like him to have a plot other than being miles sidekick. I like miles and winston, but they need their own plots away from maya. winston is getting one in a few weeks though which is good. I wonder what his epiphany is?
