That's exactly what I thought when I looked at that link. I immediately thought Alison killed Charlotte. I think your theory could be right. On the surface, it appears he'd be returning because of Mary/Jessica (there's speculation that's really Jessica, so I'll say either) but it could be for the Alison reveal in the end. Seriously, what better way to pull of a twist with Alison being a baddie by showing her "tortured" right now, even in a psych ward. I actually find the mental institution bit interesting because it falls in line with the books and the sisters. If MK pulled it off and Alison turns out being the big bad it might save the series. I guess we'll see.

Okay so Netflix and working from home is to blame, lol, which caused me to put on 6.1. That's actually a pretty suspenseful episode.

Plus this classic moment:

Spencer: We have a name. Toby: It's Andrew, babe. And we're gonna get him.

Spencer looks at Toby like he's crazy almost.

Anyway, that scene when the Liars + Mona were outside with all the elements without any idea if they would die or not was powerful.

I hope season 7 gets back to stuff that made this show work... Chemistry between characters, suspenseful moments, etc. Basically everything that 6B was not.

Seriously, 6A started off with a bang. I loved the PTSD the Liars + Mona endured. It was realistic and made sense. Some great writing and acting transpired. I don't know why MK decided to go downhill after that.
