Thank you, its fun reading them. Which comics do you all recommend I read? I just might start my own collection.

Ahhh the X-Men...my first comic was Uncanny 242....INFERNO RULES! I loved that book. Ticked my cousin off to know end with all of the questions I'd ask him.

Twilight isn't about vampires, it's about teenagers with sharp teeth.
Vampires don't "sparkle" in the sun: they screech in horror, burst into flame and wither to ash.

Hmm.... If you like Gambit (and with Rogue) you might like Fables or Witchblade. They're different from X-Men, but some of the characters/ships are similar to the ones you seem to like.

To be honest, I have no clue how big my collection is. I started with Transformers (the original run) #24 The Death of Optimus Prime. Then picked up G.I. Joe from the issue at the start of the Cobra Island War. After that, I switched to X Men with Uncanny issue #279 and collected anything with an X in the title for the next twelve years. Rounded out with just about anything with Star Wars in the title.

Hmm, I didn't read X-Men as a kid, or Star Wars. It was good old Archie comics, Disney, and some Spiderman.

I *watched* GI Joe and Transformers. But I never read the comics. Actually, I didn't know they existed until recently.

I bought the GI Joe/Transformers crossover. It was OK. I mostly bought it for Jae Lee's art.

Well, it's not like you had money back then. I was at the mercy of my mother's moods personally. She bought me comics when we went to a store.

My aunt and uncle bought me most of my comics when I was a kid. It was probably because they were buying my cousin stuff and didn't want me to feel left out. I didn't care though, because I got comics.
