Heavenly Creatures. It proves I can watch something other than Lord of the Rings, even if it is Peter Jackson...thought it was a good movie. It ended quite quickly, I thought it was going to go on for a bit longer. Interesting when you went into the girls' minds, with the Orson Welles man appearing and the giant clay-people.

Big - I hadn't watched it in a long time, I'd forgotten how good it was.

Empire Records - Another movie I forgot how much I liked. I've been going around saying "It's Rex Manning Day!" since I watched it.

Rebel Without a Cause: i absolutely love this movie.. James Dean is one awesome actor. supreme. i can't say that i identify with being a boy and the need to prove your manliness but the movie's more than that.. it's that search to understand yourself when no one else could.

Cheaper by The Dozen: Overall great family film. Very humorous, but I wish the characters were developed more.

Peter Pan: I really love this movie! It has action, adventure, comedy, suspense, and love. The special effects were effectively used though obvious at times. The actors all played their parts well. Some parts could've been developed more. Peter + Wendy= dynamic and emotional!

Donnie Darko After being laughed at since I've never seen this, I finally watched it today on HBO. All I have to say is: wow. Brilliant movie, it was terrific. I think I'll need to go buy it now.

[b]Big Fish. Not completely a fan of Tim Burton's (Edward Scissorhands? Scared the bejinks out of me, as did Nightmare before Christmas), but the cinematography was excellent. The movie itself was...okay, too "fairytale" like for me. Kind of weird.

The Ghost Ship - quite dull, it was almost all I could do to sit through it, but the end perked up thankfully.

Peter Pan - Didn't quite expect it to be so charming as what it turned out to be. I really enjoyed it and highly recommend it, it's not just for kids!
