From the reviews I've seen, it has nothing to do with character development and more to do with Hollywood screwing up X-Men again.

i know and i get your frustration i with Marvel dont read the comics so i dont know that side to it but i have had other book series that i love be turned into a movie/series and be complete ruin

Thanks. I used to post on the True Blood board and I remember how many posters there were infuriated by the deviations that the series made from the books, especially concerting Eric and Sookie.

They even had a Bill/Sookie unappreciation thread on that board.

So it's not like other people on FF haven't had similar issues with Hollywood not respecting other types of source material.

It happens a lot .. that is why we still can celebrate our comics and books the real love of them

I tried to read the books, but I just found the show so much more superior

some shows are yes

i find now most of these movies/books are "based" or loosly based on the books they are never exactly alike so i tend to like them on their own
