I agree that Fox should let the FF rights back to Marvel. I don't see it happening though.

I'm not holding my breath but I hope it happens. I want them to get the Fantastic 4 back so badly. Plus, Storm could be written well for once and be with Black Panther.

I prefer Storm with her fellow mutants, like Forge (who's basically the Native American mutant version of Tony Stark) or Wolverine. She wasn't with the Black Panther in the comics until about a dozen years ago and then they broke up after Avengers vs X-Men in 2012. She was with Forge waaaay back. I generally favour older stuff over more recent, finding it more valid. I don't have too much time for most 21st century Marvel comics. My liking for the recent Wolverine/Storm ship (which I haven't read in the comics, just heard about) is because they're two of my top favorite Marvel characters and when I heard about them having a relationship I said "What a great idea! What didn't they think of that before?!" But as for her being with the Black Panther, I just plain don't like him that much. He's too perfect, like a DC character. And yeah, I'm using an avie of a DC character, but that's because Gal Gadot did such a good job in the role and is so sexy as well. I don't read DC comics. A good actor can make a DC character work, but on the page they don't appeal to me. Not relatable enough. Too distantly perfect. And I feel the Black Panther is the same way.
Further on my view of the Black Panther can be found here (an old post of mine from the Avengers board, that I'm reposting to explain my view): Quote:
Part of the problem with Cap is that he comes from the so-called Golden Age of comics, before the '60s, when characters were more perfect. That's when the biggest DC characters were invented (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, etc) and it set the tone for the whole DC mentality. Marvel (1960s+) was a rebellion against that, making characters more flawed and human, like Spider-Man or the Thing. The Black Panther was the big exception, a Marvel character invented in the '60s who's perfect like they used to make them back in the '40s. __________________

Thanks for that, LightYears.
Yeah, I already heard about that yesterday. If Disney did buy Fox I don't know how I'd like them having such a huge monopoly. But it would be nice to have the X-Men and the Fantastic Four in the MCU. But because the MCU and the X-Universe are already in their own established continuities, it would probably take a huge retcon to bring them all together, and it probably wouldn't happen for a while, after the current MCU and X-Men storylines are over. But there would still be the issue of Sony owning Spider-Man and Universal owning The Hulk. I really wish both studios would just bite the bullet and give them up. __________________

Me too, especially if it would get She-Hulk into the Avengers movies. And she doesn't even have to be half naked all the time.
