I've been doing the Jillian Michael's 30 days shred for a few weeks and I definitely see and feel improvement. I'm just afraid to start level 3. That one is probably going to kill me.

You removed protien. You need more protien to gain energy; protien helps build muscle.

But think of how great you'll feel and look after! But don't feel bad if you have to mix in level 2 stuff with the level 3... just keeping putting more of the hard stuff back in!

Well just make sure you're getting enough proteins. People often forget that meat is not the only protein out there. Try to integrate appropriate vegetable proteins. And again, be sure that you're getting enough. I rarely eat meat anymore (maybe 2x a month, if that, and not because of ethical concerns or anything) but just eat lots of vegetables, grains, soy products etc and I'm still gaining muscle and cutting fat.

I did level 3 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred this morning - for the first time!

MY GOD. I don't think I've ever sweated and cursed so much in my entire life. But I felt really good about it afterwards so it's really worth it!

5 more kilos to go and then I'm at goal weight....one I haven't had since my early teens. It's going to be amazing when I finally get there!

I heard about this. Unfortuneately, if you eat too much dairy (ice cream included) you can develop kidney stones.

I thankfully don't like ice cream that much...there was only 1 place I liked and it was in Florida...best ice cream ever...after eating theirs...none is ever the same for me. I live in Ohio now so thankfully I rarely eat icecream like maybe once every 3 months or so.

Diet and excersise has been good...but right now I hit a wall, which has really been stressing me out. It's so frustrating when you just hit that wall and you feel that there really isn't much you can do. I'm so arged, but I'm just going to try to work through it.

Yeah, just don't give up. I've been plateau-ing since New Year's () but it seems like this week I'm finally losing a bit again!

yeah, that's the thing I can't give up...it's either do or don't...there are no excuses. I lost 20 pounds easy...but now after 20 it's getting difficult. I need to start working out everyday again. I've only been working out 5 times a week. On the weekends I've been lazy because I do a no carb weekend thing...but I still need to work out. I just get so tired of it, maybe I need a gym membership to change up my routine.

5 times a week is definitely enough workout! You need to have a few rest days to give your muscles a rest too and to give them the chance to (re)build.
