Has anyone tried the 'replacement' type meals/shakes in supermarkets?
I'm wondering if I may get faster results (along with the personal training I already do) by having those replacement shakes, and going on somewhat of a detox from all the bad foods I eat.. __________________

My friend has a French vanilla favour from the chemist...it's a huge tin she's been losing weight ..she only has it at breakfast time she says it's so yummy

I've been considering those replacement shakes. I'm getting married in April so a little emergency weight loss would be quite handy Thing is though as discipline is NOT my strength I'm sure I'd keep snacking if I was only having milkshakes
I guess I could try it for a bit though and see how I get on. __________________

Update: I started the Kate Morgan meal replacement shake diet thing on January 6th, Basically I've discounted 2 weeks there while we had our heatwave - it was VERY hard to keep up with it when it was 40C+ days Anyway! My starting weight was 78.3kg and I am now 72.8kg! My goal weight is 60kg. |

I can't afford going to gyms but I did fix my old riding bike but it's been too hot to ride
