I'm ok except I'm anxious about work tomorrow with my bitchy co-worker cause I can't think of what to do there for 6 hours the next 4 weeks I'm there. And she watches every move I make.

Leanne, ask the principal what you should be doing. You may not want to ask your co-worker, because she'll just start ordering you to do tedious things, except exactly her way.

Today's been one for the books on the anxiety front. There was a misunderstanding at work and... bleh. The day's over, that's all I can say.

Sunny, you're clearly really strong to have gotten through the day without playing sick and running away. I know misunderstandings suck for me, because I play them over and over in my head. I'm happy it's the weekend for you.

Mandie, that is awful. Have they found how to treat it/fix it? I really hope so. I hope they have already found a quick way to treat it, and find something to substitute in it's place.

Not a sign of strength, Kim. As soon as the problem occured, my co-worker made herself scarce, so all I could do was stew in it.

We resolved things on Friday, thank goodness.

Ugh, I’m rethinking about staying at the 6 hr a week position in my work cause my co-worker wants me doing stupid things with my limited time even after I flat out told her I don’t do creative bulletin boards. Like once she hears the one thing I don’t have experience of time to do, she magnifies that one thing like it’s the most important thing I should devote my “spare” time doing rather than you know, circulation duties and cataloguing books etc.

Claire, I think you figure out how to deal with those things very well after giving them some thought. I know that doesn't make it any less anxiety producing though.

I am anxious over the last couple of things that have been going on.

I've been having a spiritual discussion with my physical therapist. He's good at helping me understand some things, but I'm still not sure I believe any of those things.

I am afraid to trust peace.
