How is everyone doing so far?
I keep having mini-Anxiety attacks when driving so that's not fun. __________________

I had a panic attack last night. So rare for me, but I think it was because I let the emotion out rather than bottling it up as usual. I'm more aware of how I'm feeling now.

I think that's kind of a victory, Claire. Understanding why things happen seems to be (for me anyway) the first step to lessening their emotional/psychological charge? At least a little bit.

My anxiety so HIGH tonight when I was driving in a winter storm, I was already in an accident two yrs ago because of the snow and I was just freaking out the entire time.

that’s where most of my anxiety goes to this season is driving on snowy, slushy or icy roads! So glad the therapy sessions are indeed making a difference for you, Claire! |
