Here's my take: Diana's boobs neither look like they're full of air or full of silicon (because hopefully, they're not augmented)... it just looks right and doesn't overwhelm her. So in a way, it's like a pair of cream puffs. You know, "puffs"? Blah, I'll stop, I'm not making any sense.
