Prolly need stitches but can't afford that so I went to the drugstore and got fresh first aid stuff - rushed home - got pulled over for speeding - but I was still bleeding a lot so he warned me and let me go - so now I've soaked my wound and stuffed it with antibiotic cream and a tight bandage - prolly should go get a tetinus shot tomorrow. I haven't had a lot of time to read the thread but I've edited my registry many times - but the best bet for some of those horrid programs is to go to their site and use the hidden uninstalls - you usually have to search for them but they usually exist. The other thing I have is the latest McAfee antivirus - it searches out all spyware when I do a scan and then I can quarantine and delete them - the new and improved McAfee is really working great for me - I never use spybot or adaware or any of those programs anymore and was able to clean them out of my hard drive too. Just something else to consider. I know lots of people are loyal to Norton but I highly recommend the new improved McAfee. [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]
