He everyone! Glad Sarah and Minanda agreed with me on my points! I think all the fanarts posted are wonderful to see. Anything J/S I love. I remember back in the day, long time ago, I wrote this fanfic about them and I got the idea from this Roswell party they were at and everyone was talking about what happened with JS at this party. I think it was a good fic but I lost it. No idea where it is.

Max-"I don't know."
Isabel-"Think harder. Who brought you here? Valenti's deputy, Max?"
Max-"Look again"
Isabel-"Deputy Fisher is Agent Pierce?"
Max-"You have to go now."
Isabel-"No. No. I'm not leaving you.'
Max-"You have to."
Isabel-"No. Why? No, no, stop, please. I'm not leaving you. I'm not..."
[she wakes and screams]
Isabel-"MAX! MAX! Oh, God! Oh my God! They're drugging him! They're hurting him!"



Liz-"Bring him back to me."
Michael-"I will."



Liz-"I'm not waiting any more. I'm going to do what Max would do for me."
Maria-"Wait a minute. Are you sure it's our responsibility to tell Valenti everything?"
Liz-"It's our responsibility to keep them alive. You know, Max was ready to trust him, that's all I need to know."
Alex-"What are you going to say?"
Liz-"Whatever I have to; to get him to help."

And Pierce finally discovers Max�s weak spot: Liz and uses it against him. [img]smilies/bawl.gif[/img]



[Max wakes. semi-coherent and tries to kill Pierce]
Pierce-"Don't even try to use your abilities, Max. The serum we injected you with-very effective in suppressing the neurotransmitters in your cerebral cortex. Experiments on the alien in the 40's taught us that that's where most of your powers come from. Come on. Sit down. That's not your real weakness, though, is it? You know, I've been going about his the wrong way the whole time. It's not that you're part alien; it's that you're part human."
[Max's hands are restrained and a virtual reality visor is put on his eyes]



Pierce-"You have feelings."

Max-"The other what?"
Pierce-"We found this at the crash. We've spent 50 years looking for the other one and we know you have it. Tell me where it is. Tell me. Okay, I'm going to give you a choice, Max. You can either tell me where the other orb is, or you can tell me which one of your friends you want me to kill first. Hmm? And you have 10 seconds. Maybe I'll start with Liz."
Max-"Okay, stop it! I'll tell you where it is. Just don't hurt Liz."

Those scenes were heartbreaking to watch, i started crying too, i hated seeing max like that. thats why sometimes i have to skip that part because i dont like seeing him like that.

True Daisy that's why I have't been able to watch it again. There was no way I could have watched that particular episode and just tell myself it was just a show. You just got sucked in and it really hurt. I mean, Pierce had the camera in Michael's apartment, he had to know what they were like, he said it himself, the fact that Max was part human and had all these ties, family, friends...love and yet he treated him like a monster [img]smilies/cry.gif[/img] I was ready to choke him myself [img]smilies/mad.gif[/img]

I have a hard time watching that scene too because my heart skips a beat everytime I think that Pierce really knows where to hit Max since he loves Liz more than anything and to see an image of her dead must have been heartbreaking. [img]smilies/cry.gif[/img]

A pity the S3 was the final one. I guess having the FBI on their trail again would have brought some of that back again, only this time Max was not backing down. The torture scenes were really painful to watch.
