It's a match between first ILY and first kiss really. I'm sure the ILY will absolutely melt my heart lol, but a kiss is probably something I've waited for since the first time they were in a room together, so I'm anticipating it a lot! Where would it happen? How? When? Who would go for it first?

I'd love if it were something in the spur of the moment, like Karen doing something heroic (and stupid), and Matt saving her ass and going nuts over her risking her life. Then he would just grab her by the shoulders asking why she did it, she'd cry and say she didn't know... then he would say "I could've lost you, Karen, what would I do then ?" and he could start crying, then she would kiss him and I would die.

Karen does have moments where you'd think she has a crush on Matt. When Elena mentioned the 'handsome lawyer' she immediately thought she meant Matt

but I don't think she's in love already or anything. I often read anti-Karens saying she dumped a smitten Foggy to go for Matt when it's totally not the case. Seems to me that she just appreciates Matt's looks, as any girl would
