Ahh that makes sense. Hopefully that is the case. I'm still sad to see Roy go - I mean he could come back once the smoke blows over I guess? But it would be a huge thing......maybe he can join the Atom Spinoff assuming the Atom will be off in another city.

Awesome! What's it generally about?

I never thought I'd find a show with super high quality that would remind me of Everwood but I did with The Middle. It's so realistic, off the charts writing and acting. Every, single cast member is magical in the acting department. The show has those unique Everwood qualities. I could write a lengthy list comparing The Middle to Everwood. I'm only sorry I joined the show late. Barry told me a long time ago I had to check it out. He was right!

Michelle, is The Middle the same show as Malcom in the Middle?

Why do they call it The Middle?

No! LOL It's interesting you ask because it's a common question... many people think there's affiliation between the two. Nope, not at all. They're two entirely different shows.

The show is called The Middle because it's based on a middle class family in the middle of the country (Indiana) in the Midwest.

that DOES make sense. I always wondered where the MIDDLE term fit into that show.

So Michelle I started watching Ghost Whisperer. And I was watching supposedly the Pilot and I was liket his doesn't like the Pilot. It's too serrious too soon . And after the end of the episode I realized that I've watched the 21th episode of the first season instead of the Pilot .

Now I will watch the Pilot .

Haha, yes, it's very clear why the title of the show is called The Middle once you watch even two minutes of the show. It's a fantastic show, it really is!

Unfortunately, no, which astounds me. But then again like I said the comparisons to Everwood are endless. I watched on the few networks that air it in rerun land and then bought seasons 1-5 at Amazon for a reasonable price. The series is presently finishing up season 6 on ABC. Hopefully the DVD will be available in a few months.

I would have definitely started The Middle if it was on Netflix. I was looking for a new show to watch there since I finished Gilmore Girls, House of Cards and Blue Bloods. So...I started Parenthood. which was also highly recommended.

I'm nearly finished with Daredevil, and I'm quite enjoying it. It is definitely a more realistic take on vigilantes. I definitely recommend it.
