That’s what I believe too.

The question you have to ask yourself is do you want to win?

In other words is it possible deep down you really want out of there (and actions leading up to present constructed this very scenario) so the best option is leaving?

For me if I were in your position it would go like this:

1. Stay if I don’t have to deal with jerk and boss ever again... never see them or work directly with them.

2. If forced to see and work with them leaving and finding something better is route I’d take.

My boss wants me to leave now and let him be and then use me as an excuse to show why things are not working. I will stay enough to prove how unprofessional he is and thus not give him any peace.

I have worked my a$$ for almost 10 years to prove myself and I won't give him the satisfaction of giving him free ride to continue being an a$$. I will fight till the end. I will prove what he is doing and will show his true colors to everyone.

It's clear that he is afraid of me. He did not report me just because. He is afraid of me. If I leave he will be fine. I won't give him that. I am right and he will know it. I have support at work and I will use it. I will either successfully stay there or I will tear down that team and he will never be able to manage them properly. I will make sure that every other team does not want to work with him.

Like I said I already have strategy on how to prove what they are doing. Revenge is a bitch and he will get it. Big time.

My agenda would be getting away from harmful people and an unhealthy environment. I couldn’t care less if those pukes think they won.

However, I know this is your correct route and what feels right for you and that’s all that matters.

I do respect your view and I know that this is what would have been right for you. However honestly I will not forgive myself if I walk away now. It would be something that would not fit right with me and who I am. I need closure and for me revenge is also closure. I know that it sounds scary and maybe wrong, but it is something I need. It is something that I will do for me and every other person that have been mistreated by the jerk. Now more than ever we have a chance to fight against him and I would not give up without a fight.

He deserves everything that he will get. Also trust me. I am not the only one being disturbed. My boss is too. Otherwise he would not have filed a complaint. He is one hell scared of me and he is upset that he can't control the team.

I will leave when I want to leave. Not when some jerk wants me to leave.

I met with my best friends today. Tomorrow I will go to the movies with him, K, a former co-worker and one of the girls I spent New Years with.

I get it. It's your path, it is inside of you. I know you have enough strength and intelligence to get what you want too. If the situation does take them down so they don't do this to anyone else, it's a win/win.

Yes we have. It's a great movie.

We just finished dinner. Teresa found lobster tail on sale so we had rib-eye steaks, corn on the cob, and 2 small lobster tails each. Everything was delicious!
