ITA with everybody. It's the friendships that get you through your life...and it kinda sucked that the writers had to tear it apart as horribly as they did. Then as soon as we saw things sorta getting back...they tore it apart again...really people...so unnecessary!

Agreed. It was not so much the initial divide that was so bothersome. I mean, it was, but it had potential for repair. But when the writers kept splintering their friendship, over and over, it was exasperating. It almost seemed like they could not think of anything to write and the Dawson/Pacey divide was a crutch for them.

I try not to, Jess, but probably end up doing it more often than not. Just like I blame authors who take great plots and ruin them with crumby writing. I always need someone to blame for something. It is one of my quirks.

As long as we're not bashing them; blaming the writers is ok After all they are the one writing the story

I do think that even if it wasn't the same after the triangle from hell (stupid triangle ), they both still cared a lot for each other

Yeah, I agree Jess.
The finale showed a lot of the old rapport and connection was still there which was great to see. __________________

Hi everyone Im Veronica. Can i be added to the list??
My favourite Dawson and Pacey scene was in Coda, when Pacey calls Dawson up and tells him that he regrets not saying goodbye to him and when Dawson tells him that he is proud of him.AWW!! I really missed their friendship. The writers destroyed something that truly was one of the major plus points of the show.S1 & S2 had some great scenes between them.A few even in S5. |

yeh me too. They damaged Dawson and Pacey's friendship beyond repair.
Things got a little better between them, but sadly,it was never the same again. All that over a woman!! Isnt it always over a woman!?! |
