I have to admit, caps like that soften my heart to their friendship. When it was good, it was admittedly one of the true assets to the show.

Aww, that cap. Their friendship had great moments. I feel the writers playdowned their friendship through the last seasons to enhance the love they felt for Joey which was great and romantic (both fandoms will agree) but it was sad at the same time. A great friendship is as important as love. Sometimes I wish the writers would have put more emphasis on PD.

It really was unfortunate that their friendship took such a huge hit over a girl. Not to diminish their love for her, or Joey as a character for that matter. I just do not think that any romance between anyone should have completely tore apart a life long friendship.
 I will never understand the mentality, even though I know the reasons. Then again, I am just one of those crazy people who thinks that friendship should always be more important than something like romance.__________________
