That’s totally fair! I hope you both find some hours to schedule in relaxation time in the evenings and on weekends. Maybe try to set aside two hours before bed for just yourself to catch up on fun stuff and/or self care, if it gets to be too much.

That’s awesome! I’m going to try and implement some better habits and try to be getting into a nighttime routine, that way I can hopefully sleep better.

Self care and sometimes, just being alone and having music on ... it helps me, at least.

Everyone has their own way to cope though, of course.

I feel like I need to take a step back from social media and improve my mental health, I feel like I'm out of it at work and not doing my best and it SUCKS.

Have a lot of Twitter friends that are struggling lately, and I tend to worry about them a lot because some of them are early 20s and they feel like they don't have anyone else to talk to.

Yeah, it’s especially worrisome when younger people are dealing with that. And you being a teacher are probably naturally compassionate and inclined to listen.

Yes, I always feel like checking and listening to people, it's just who I am, but it can take a toll too because I don't know them all that well and then I worry if I can't get through to them or something. And I worry if my advice is having any impact. Plus they are online, it's not like we are face to face so I can gauge how they react.

It's very worrying that there's so many people lost out there

and it doesn't seem like there's enough help/support for them. Or they feel ashamed to seek help from others.

Maybe, once filming is over (or during filming breaks), he will.
