Fanfics can be really good or really bad. I like certain characters, Quinlan Vos is one that I want to find good fics for, and now Mara Jade
 Obi-Wan is in so much of the SW EU as it is, I don't think fics about him (except for the period between Ep. III and IV) are needed. __________________

Urrgh. Definitely. I hate it when fics look promising and then they just nose dive into the stupidest plotlines ever. Or worse, the author suddenly realises that they don't know where to go because they haven't planned ahead. My pet peeve is bad spelling and grammar.
I haven't come across many Obi centred fics...as in all just focused on him. Normally they're Obidala fics. Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough. __________________

In the Shadow of the Chosen: The Obi Wan Saga, a Star Wars fanfic - FanFiction.Net is pretty good. Though I must admit I haven't read it in a while and haven't caught up. What the author says about it. Quote:
