Good day. Slept in and saw "The Help". It was so good. Laughed, cried, got angry.

Walked to work and got wet, walked home and got absolutely soaked. Thank god I wore my wellies (gum boots) and my new waterproof jacket. The rain was like a cold monsoon this afternoon.

The Help was a really good movie. Although I officially HATE Bryce Dallas Howard.

That happened to me! My feet got soaked. Made me miserable. I finally found my rain boots to wear tomorrow.

Kiddies aren't back in yet, that's tomorrow but have already managed to pick up a stomach bug!

I'm not sure what the equivalent grade is over in the States but the children in my class are 4 and 5 and this is their first full year of compulsory education. We call it their reception year.

Vic - why the bolt of lightning? Hope you're ok.

I have a vacationitis (like senioritis) where I know it's coming and I just want to get the hell out of there already. I hate the constant emails, questions, complaints, requests. I need a break.

My bug seems to have cleared up, just v tired now. Think there's something going round as lots of ppl at work have been feeling off colour.
