Request Regulars/Off Topic #72 - Title was lost in the Delta Quadrant

If anybody has title suggestions ...

Long day for me. I just love being kept waiting around for appointments.

Well someone needs to go on a 7 year voyage to retrieve the missing Title.

Andie - Thanks. It was just a long, frustrating day overall.

Johnnie - you volunteering for that voyage?

My unofficial numbers show that we averaged 25 posts per day for August, so .

I didn't really think so. You're not much for travelling.

Had a nice visit with the father-in-law today.

Glad it was a good visit...

Surprisingly, probably to most... I watched Star Trek II: The Wrath Of Khan for the first time today... got done a few minutes ago actually.

[Chris] Luckily my friend moved into her own room this past Thursday. I probably would've gone off on her for being so selfish, which would've complicated things and made her cry, if anything. Especially since when I mentioned to her that I might not be sitting with her during the football games cuz I'd be up in the press box working and whatnot, she was like 'Well I'm not annoyed with YOU, just the situation. I got these tickets with you so that we could sit together and now you're leaving me all alone. Well, not really all alone because I can just go sit with some other friends. But still.' (Even though basically all my other friends were like 'OMG! That's awesome! Congrats! It sounds so cool!') And then the next day, the first thing she said to me was 'OMG I have GREAT news! You can take that internship now! I have a friend who has an extra ticket in her seating group, so I'm just gonna sit with her. So yeah I have no problem with your internship anymore. You can totally take it.' (As if I really needed her PERMISSION?) Ugh.

[Jerry] I think her new sound was more than just slightly wrong. More like completely.

[Andie] I've been moving kids into the dorms in the mornings, but that's finally over now. And then I've been interning (read: doing basic office work) in the afternoons with my school's athletic department. Today I went up in the press box to work during the game, and my lack of sleep this entire week finally caught up with me. I wasn't paying attention/I was rather out of it when I was passing out papers to the media people and walking down the steps; I ended up tripping and falling down a couple of steps. People were like 'OMG! Is that girl okay?!' Luckily I wasn't hurt, and I just got up, gathered my papers that I had dropped, and continued my work. What a great first impression. What have you been up to?

Hee. Justin Timberlake board.

Jen - wow, she's just unbelievable! Congratulations!

Guess I'll be around today. 57.6F is not swimmable. Gotta love that I can find this on the internet before we drive almost 2 hours to get there.

Nope, but at that point I think I had woke up not long ago. I'll probably watch another movie soon, watched Timecop last night... would think about watching another Trek movie but I don't got Star Trek III yet so I don't really want to watch IV... I'm sure I'll find something.

That is hilarious.
