I love Delena, but I definitely agree with Daniel becoming a regular. He's one of my favorite characters, if not my favorite.

I linked to a bunch in the OP. I'd love for Daniel to become a regular or at least a recurring character. I feel like they've been setting up and knocking down their storylines too quickly on this show. I would've liked to see Elijah for at least 10-12 episodes. In the fic If I was Your Vampire, Elijah - after having been stabbed once - was prepared for Elena to try and stab him and was able to grab the dagger from her. Then he took her and ran. I think I would've liked that better than the current storylines.
