I don't think it's that the writers haven't thought about it much, I think the topic of time travel is always super confusing and tricky. To travel back once is one thing but we don't know if this had happened before and history is just repeating itself. It's similar to the Hermione-time-turner storyline in POA of HP where Hermione is turning back time to fit in more classes in her schedule but to sit down and think about how events occur is so confusing. Esp when you realize that no matter the change, somehow it'll all just happen again over and over.

yeah i definitely understand that. i do wonder if that will be the case here and their love will just be a tragic story (which im kind of hoping it's not). or i wonder if its a terminator type deal where they were sent back in that kind of way.

something else: i havent caught up on the episodes, but simon can still turn invisible right? because i could def see that coming into play as to how he finds out his future self exists...

yupp, he still can and he can control it now. I hope he doesn't though, what do they always say in situations like this on tv? it would ruin the space time continuum? lol

I really don't want future!Simon and present!Simon to meet. I wanna see how long this thing with Alisha will play out for both of them.

It sucks so much that the series is only about 6 eps. Can we at least get 10?!

So am I. It'll just be interesting to see it all play out because present!Simon has no idea of what's going on with Alisha so it'll be really good to see how he approaches everything.

i just hope we find out a lot more info by the end of the season.

i will say clearly the writers were genius for doing this. rarely have i seen a lot of people that watch a show surprised by a couple like they are with this one

I was robbed of the surprise via tumblr but I think had I been watching the ep live, it would've been a mindblowing moment. Never would I have thought superhoodie was one of the 5, much less Simon.

do you all think they will spread out present Simon and Alisha getting together throughout the series?? and i really hope there is a time soon when Alishas powers dont exist. but it could make simon and alisha falling in love all the better because it def wouldnt be physical
