Rory/Jess: He was the only guy I liked Rory with. Too bad it didn't work out in the end.
 Joan/Adam: I hated that he cheated on her (it was so out of character for him) and then they broke up and the show got cancelled. Ugh! Ryan/Lindsey: I knew it wouldn't last, but it made me mad anyway.  I never liked him with Marissa and never cared for other girls he dated.Alex/Addison: stupid Spin-off! __________________

I agree about Shannon/Sayid. I loved them, so much potential. I loved the fact they were so different.
Other ships that have broken my heart over the years are Carter/Abby (ER) - I will never get over them. Great build up, amazing chemistry, friendship and everything. When Carter left, we got no real goodbye, no resolution, no recognition to the fact they were in a relationship. It was like the writers just forgot, and now she is married to Luka, How did this happen Ray/Neela (ER) - Great potential, what has happened to Ray is so cruel. They never got a chance. Angel/Cordy (Angel) - All I can say is, season 4  why oh why!!Charlie/Claire (Lost) - So sad, adorable together. I really liked Charlie, they deserved more screen time. Pacey/Andie (Dawsons Creek) - One of my early ships, loved these two together, hated the way they broke up. Doctor/Rose (Doctor Who) - So sad, the way they parted, with her in an alternate world. I can't bear that they will never see each other again. Alex/Isobel (Roswell) - So sweet at the prom, then he died Clark/Chloe (Smallville) - Why are these two never given a chance, we know Clark and Lois will be together in the end, but i am tired of the whole Clark and Lana thing. Clark and Chloe are great together. Lorelai/Chris (Gilmore Girls) - I know, notoriously unpopular ship, but I always liked the chemistry they had. Hated this season, didn't see the point of having them marry and then breaking them up again. I knew she would end up with Luke, but I still enjoyed the connection Lorelai and Chris had, and this season ruined it for me. Wow I feel kind of depressed now, it seems like so many of my ships don't work out. __________________

Charlie/Claire-words can not express how angry i am about them..charlie was my fav character and these two were probably the cutest thing on television and they didn't get enough screentime...what i want to ask the writers is if u knew u were killiing charlie, then why not give these two more screentime to at least help us ease our pain?!  __________________

Ryan and Marissa :To this day I will remain bitter about this couple, because lets see now, in their final season they have been trashed the first half of their last season together and ripped apart in the 2nd half of it as well.
Rory and Jess: I liked how they ended rory alone, but it would of been niceif she headed towards jess way they were more intune with each other. __________________
