Yeah - it seems like closing Babylon was the final straw - lots of other things had already been closed and that didn't do it but it seemed Babylon was the thing that made him realise how bad this actually was and how bad it was going to get if they didn't do something. And seriously how hot was it when he opened the door, pulled Justin in for a kiss and they went down the back and then we have that hot hot scene we all love with that kiss
