Justin is almost as much at fault as Brian about the birthday. Because when Brian says birthdays shouldn't be celebrated, Justin agrees instead of telling Brian how he really feels. It's not like Brian can read his mind.

Very true about the season one remark. But compared to some of the other continuity errors in this show, the birthday line is hardly worth remembering.

I won't get to watch it again until I get home ~ but having seen it fairly recently, one thing stuck with me that hadn't registered before.
When Mel's chewing Brian's balls about the hustler and tells him to buy some roses .. "let him know you care about him." Brian says "I thought he already did." That is one admission that I TOTALLY missed before!!!  __________________
