Not saying that it couldn't happen but, I just don't imagine them ever being anything more than platonic.

It would never feel right to me. The UK show was different though wasn't it? (I never got through the UK one so I can't remember)

The UK version was okay, obv it never lived up to this one. I watched most of the episodes and it was okay, but then I started watching YouTube clips of the American version and I saw big differences. You should watch it sometime

I just finished watching the UK show. I highly prefer the US version. The UK one was fine and it was the base of the US one but I felt like it lacked a lot? The characters didn't feel as deep and they didn't draw you in. It didn't have the same spark. The US version knocked it out of the park.

I tried one UK ep and I don't think I even got through it - it didn't have half of what the US version did and of course I had already watched the US one so it didn't compare

I agree. I had already watched the US version so it made the UK version even harder to watch. Everything felt too rushed.

I don't blame you. I wanted to finish it because it was only 10 episodes. I liked some parts of it and some of the lines and stuff. And I love anything British. But yeah, US version wins.

Every time
Like I said though before - weren't Brian and Michael different in the UK version - don't they end up together or something? |

Kind of? Like they went off together and there was a title card at the end that said there were rumors that they did end up together but no one knew for sure. And there wasn't really a Brian/Justin type relationship between those two characters. It was weird.

Oh ok - well see that's what happens when you don't watch things - you don't know things That does sound a bit weird though
