Being true yo yourself and don't change because of others is an amazing thing. Michael stopped with his growing up and stuck somewhere. I think everyone should grow all the time, there is so much to learn and everything changes us somehow. If we are doing it wisely it's only change in good directions, but most of the people prefer what they know. It's somehow seems safe and change is something new what is told to be dangerous because it's unknown path. It's how society works.
