When I noticed that David Greenwalt wasn't credited as Executive Producer in S4 I had a feeling that things would change, but I had no idea how bad it all was for Cordy/Charisma

I didn't even notice that until after episode 6 I believe, I always just saw DG's name in the credits but after episode 6 I noticed it was just "creator" which meant that's all he was now the original creator.

I felt really sad when I noticed it because many of my fave episodes were written/directed by him

I know

his episodes and "David Fury's" were my favorites. Speaking of which, though DG couldn't write the episode I'm at least glad they had David Fury write "You're welcome"

Yeah me too

I can't help but wonder if DG had written/directed You're Welcome, the episode would've been better, because let's be honest, as much as I love the ep. Lindsey's storyline didn't make sense and the non-CA/Cordy parts bored me

I know it would've been far greater, but that's mostly because I know he wouldn't had been able to kill Cordy off.

Well I'm not so sure about it because killing off Cordy was Joss' decision and he was the executive producer, but at least the episode would've been better
