Well I figured everyone involved should have access to the server through their own FTP username. That way tweaking and whatever that needs to be done can be done without having to constantly check up with the other's first.

I was playing around with some heartlike fonts last night too, did you wanna check those out as well Nikki, or do you think we have enough choices as is?

Oh no, I'd love to see it, by all means, don't think I'm the graphics be-all-end-all here. I want more choices for sure.

Well I just wanted to make sure I wasn't steppin on any toes.

Anyway, I just took a basic backround I had made eons ago, clipped it and added the text. I think maybe some of them are going a little on the fluffy side, but oh well. As for them being slightly blurry, that's my image program, it happens when saving, so someone else would probably have to do the 'real' work

In regard to the pictures, I'm gonna throw a spanner in the works and say I like the third font better.

And as for Cas', I like the second one better. But I dunno about having a logo - I think we'd have to get a layout organised before we think about background for logos. I dunno, I'm just thinking out loud. I can try a few logos too, if you guys want?

Well what were we thinking for a splash page. A general image? Right Nikki, you were looking at the interlocking female symbols and something non descript, and then a font to go with it.

ETA: I used the symbols I had from the other night. Now obviously this sucks the big one, but something of this idea with someone who can actually make purdy graphics unlike myself. So nondescript with no actual pictures? Is that what we were looking for?

Shan, have you made any mock ups yet of the main page? I was thinking that since Cass and I are not experts on HTML, that we may be wanting too much or something too complex so I'd really like to get your ideas on what looks good and something user friendly.

I really like that too! Purdy.

So say we wanna use that for our splash page. Just do a basic css for the splash page, and then the nitty gritty for the main page. We're probably going to need a top banner as well, at the very least for the main page. That one I can see having some specific ships, ones that we got the idea from to begin with. Like Brooke/Peyton, BAM, Emma/Shal, etc.....

I've been trying to look into the specifics of PHP, but I've been so busy with these two term papers that I just haven't had a ton of time. l
