I believe Gina was killed by Lex's own men. I kept thinking that she knows too much, and Lex has both keys now and she doesn't really need anyone knowing how he did it (as she was onto him and obviously knew the evidence was there). Lex doesn't like to leave loose ends...and the sadly for him, he killed her, or had her killed and she could have told him what he was looking for all along...ironic when you think about it
 Overall, very positive reaction for this episode online. It wasn't prefect, but it moved the plots forward and kick started the last 5 episode season closing arc with a flurry of emotional events and character turns. I also want to say that SV fans will miss John Glover. He gave his best to the show through the years, leaving many memorable performances behind. He will be missed, just like we all miss John Schnieder and Annie O'Toole. The show is taking steps to get "younger" for next season. __________________
