I dislike this storyline BECAUSE if anything, shouldn't this make Lana tell Clark to tell Kara the truth? and open up to why she got closer to Lex (in season 5) to begin with?

Wasn't it Clark lies to Lana that drew her to Lex?
The same thing is currently happening to Kara, it's like history is repeating itself.

It's literally like watching the same exact storyline...

That's what I was thinking too The writers are just recycling storylines You'd think Lana would tell Clark to be honest with Kara, instead of driving her to Lex.

Especially from Pete's point of view.

I felt KK acting was more perfect than the writing in that scene.
I felt during that scene it hurt Lana so much to not tell the truth because she's been in that situation... so THANK YOU KRISTIN. Her acting showed what the script did NOT.
