I just watched that movie last night! It's one of my favorites though it wrecks me every time, like, knocks me over, I cry hysterically. In the movie its-

I give you my destiny, I'm givin' you all of me...
I want your symphany, singing in all that I am...
At the top of my lungs-
I'm givin' it back

I like the way mandy moore sings it better that Johnathan Foreman, who wrote it...Her voice is so sweet in that song, and the moment in the movie when he finally sees her for who she is, sees how beautiful she really is, in every way, and realizes he loves her...

It fits so perfectly with Harry and Luna, cause she is just Like Jamie Sulivan. Landon, like Harry thought she was weird like everybody else. But when she sang to him, he knew she was the one. Harry is going to have that moment. She is going to stay by his side through thick and thin, be his constant and one day he is going to look at her and realize that he loves her, that she is beautiful...

Soon...

That song is perfect...*sighs sentimentally*

I'm feeling a "A-walk-to-remember" fan I like that movie, is a bit cheesy, but lovely. I cried like a baby and the first thing I did when I got home from the cinema was to download "Only hope" (btw, thanks Dan, it's a great visionary song). I love the Switchfoot version, but Mandy Moore singing it She has a sweet voice.

And yes baby, Luna's going to stay by Harry 'side. She barely knew him and went to the DoM with him, risking her life just because HE believed something. For her, the fact that Harry wanted to save Sirius, even though he wasn't sure that he was actully at the DoM, was enough for Luna, she didn't question his reasons or tried to make him change his mind. She was there with him and for him.

I apologize -- no Harry/Luna in this batch.

I consider this mostly a solo Luna song, but it is a love song, so I believe it could work. It's basically about the sort of effect Luna has, but there are a few lines that I think wail Harry.

"Mysterious Ways" by U2

Johnny take a walk with your sister the moon
Let her pale light in to fill up your room
You've been living underground
Eating from a can
You've been running away
From what you don't understand:
Love

She's slippy
Your're sliding down
She'll be there when you hit the ground

It's alright, it's alright, alright
She moves in mysterious ways
It's alright, it's alright, alright
She moves in mysterious ways
Ah...ah...ah...

Johnny take a dive with your sister in the rain
Let her talk about the things you can't explain
To touch is to heal
To hurt is to steal
If you wanna kiss the sky
Better learn how to kneel
On your knees boy!

She's the wave
She turns the tide
She sees a man inside the child

It's alright, it's alright, alright
She moves in mysterious ways
It's alright, it's alright, alright
She moves in mysterious ways
It's alright, it's alright, alright
Lift my days, light up my nights

One day you will look back
And you'll see
Where you were held
How? By this love
While you could stand there
You could move on this moment
Follow this feeling

It's alright, it's alright, alright
She moves in mysterious ways
It's alright, it's alright, alright
She moves in mysterious ways
It's alright, it's alright, alright

We move through miracle days
Spirit moves in mysterious ways
She moves with it
She moves with it
Lift my days, light up my nights

Hello my Visionaries!

Okay, I have to say this: I disliked A walk to remember
It was too melodramatic and cheesy for my taste I hope you won't hate me

I think it's better if we included the lyrics with songs as well in the first post, like this:

I shall believe, by Sheryl Crow
Visionary, by Unfinished thought
Stop Crying Your Heart Out, by Oasis
Dare you to move, by Switchfoot
Lie in the sound, by Trespassers Williams
Dream, dream, dream, by Everly Brothers
Only Hope, by Switchfoot/Mandy Moore
Hear me, by Kelly Clarkson
Mysterious ways, by U2

I was desperate to find some good Anathema song that fits H/L, because I'm in Anathema mood, but they have such depressing lyrics The only one I found is in my sig, but that is just a part of the lyrics the rest is
But a lot songs of Anathema can be related to Luna, especially the ones on the Judgement album. It was written for the memory of the Cavannagh brothers' deceased mother. It's really sad album...download One last goodbye. Just thinking about it makes me like a little baby. Okay, I'm done now

Amazing Luna icons, Alyssa!

Beautiful avis I snagged all of them!

I'm searching for other songs...

You are correct, I am a big Walk fan, its such a sweet movie, very corny yes, but wonderful nonetheless.

Ok. I was looking through the songs I have saved to my computer(about 600) and I found this one which is just so perfect in every way!

Moon so bright, night so fine
Keep your heart here with mine
Life's a dream we are dreaming

Race the moon, catch the wind
Ride the night to the end
Seize the day, stand up for the light

I want to spend my lifetime loving you
If that is all in life i ever do

Heroes rise, heroes fall
Rise again, win it all
In your heart, can't you feel the glory?

Through our joy, through our pain
We can move worlds again
Take my hand, dance the dance with me

I want to spend my lifetime loving you
If that is all in life i ever do
I will want nothing else to see me through
If i can spend my lifetime loving you

Though we know we will never come again
Where there is love, life begins
Over and over again

Save the night, save the day
Save the love, come what may
Love is worth everything we pay
