It looks like a lot of make-up is used to cover up her freckles cause like you, I didn't even know she has freckles!

She's got a lot of tattoos as well but I doubt they'll bother covering some of it up as I'm sure Leta will be wearing lots of coats or long-sleeved tops for the movie.
