Those are probably just speculations but if they are married... that would make no sense cause as far as I know, Newt likes Leta. So was Newt pining over Leta who likes his brother?

Here's a close-up of Zoe as Leta for part 2.

^ She has a wedding ring so that's probably why people are saying they're married but he doesn't have a wedding ring. It looks like these two are a thing based on this pic. So maybe Newt likes her but she didn't like him back but was more into his brother? Ooooooohhh, this is intriguing....
