Amy, the time of day they are quoting is the time it is being sent over the satellite feed. They often do that with TV shows, trailers etc to TV stations to pick up and show. They've done it before with HP trailers and usually it comes online fairly soon afterwards.

They had managed to keep it a secret until that episode was sent via satellite to all the NBC affiliates early in the morning. Once word got out it spread like wildfire and the Today show's entertainment reporter broke the news on air. George was not happy as he had hoped to keep it a secret until the airing time, lol. |

I know that the networks in Australia find out the times of the satellite feeds, as they have done in that press release for the trailer, and then they tune into the satellite feed to the co-ordinates given, and download the show for later showing. However there are people who have their own personal satellites for cable TV who can tune in and receive this satellite feeds and it is those people who come in handy to receive things like this trailer and put it online before it goes officially online. |
