They wouldn't even have to be a team. There were more hellmouths. (The one in Cleveland, for instance, that Buffy never visited. ) Wouldn't it be better to have at least one slayer for each? And some to handle the other general demonic mayhem of the world

Oh, the other Hellmouth I am not sure if mentioning just after the destruction of sunnydale was a good idea. Give Buffy a rest.
They didnt need to team but I liked it when they did |

Yeah. So typically Giles. Spoil the mood with more work to do
Yeah, I liked it too. Being together made each slayer more interesting |

Yep. He really likes work mode
Also, I love Faith but I really felt bad about Kendra. Her whole life she was just a slayer :/ |

Yeah. Faith definitely had her issues, but she had good humor about it. Kendra was totally all work and no play.
She reminds me of Wesley in that sense. She could have had a lot to learn from him, about how to escape a too uptight mindframe |

Yes. I think that, had she spent more time with Buffy, she would have loosed up too. She just never learnt how to.
I doubt that Wesley learnt either in the first episodes we saw him. You kmow, I like a lot his evolution but I also have a soft spot for awkward watcher Wesley we see in Buffy. |

Yep. Tbh they didnt give him a chance but it was so cute when he was trying that the girls would listen to him.

Yeah. For all his uptight discipline, he wasn't exactly the type to get authority

Yes. He probably thought that the girls would just do whatever he said because it was what he was used to do himself: listen when he was told to listen.

Yeah. I remember Buffy's reaction when he tried to make her do something
"I will? " Wesley (puzzled ) "not used to receiving orders? " "Well, Giles always says please. And then he gives me a cookie afterwards." |

I am always impressed with the writers on Buffy. even after all this time, they still make me laugh...or cry....or whatever they want me to do.

Maybe not cookies but being polite and asking would have been nice. Wesley had to learn that the slayer was not his tool but a person and his equal :/

I love the whole scene at the end of all of that, where she fully realized her powers, and pushed the Council into doing things her way. Reinstating Giles, and leaving them alone.

There is a reason she was "The Chosen One". And it was fun seeing her grow into that role.
