I meant the characters, though they all have their accounts for real, it's not just in the show. Even Shan has an account! It's so fun because they started commenting each other's posts other than just liking them, it makes them so real and since the characters are on IG, the actors don't really post stuff from the show.

Zoya has also a Goodreads profile, just like Audrey.

I follow all the characters (except Audrey and Obie) and all the actors. Evan posts a lot of skate stuff! And of course photoshoots and pics from his many collaborations.

That’s interesting that the characters have ig accounts. That’s a great marketing strategy.

I agree. It makes them more real and even if not all posts we see in their feed in the show can be found in real life, most of them are. This can be seem mostly with the GG account, which has lots of posts that aren't in the show, but you can find those that appear in the episodes as well, usually after we saw them in the show. With the same captions, of course.

At first the characters just liked each other's posts, now they also comment, sometimes. Just not to fans, only to each other.

Also the Goodreads and Letterboxd accounts are cool and while I'm sure the IG ones were planned from the start, Goodreads and Letterboxd were born after the show premiered, when people on social media started wondering which books Audrey read and which movies Aki like. So they created those accounts (Zoya ones arrived later). There's also a Constance Book Club group on GR and once it was fun because Audrey and Zoya "argued" in the comments, with Zoya asking about the books for the winter break and Audrey replied like you don't have anything else to do, do you
