Luckily since I didn't live through the Creek saga I'm a little less pessimistic about LL ending up together on GG. The way I see it is there were some PJers around that somewhat kept the ratings up for DC. But there are so few CL fans, fans of Deadbeat, or fans that aren't for LL. I'm guessing JJs are a good 80-90% of the fan base and most despise Deadbeat entirely, its not just hate for CL. Not only that but CL have been a trainwreck since the beginning and are clearly wrong for each other. Isn't that what the show has been about. Lorelai not settling for his a$$ and instead raising Rory single. :confused: Very few want to see Lorelai end up with that piece of trash. I have faith DR and Rina know this, just like ASP knew. My biggest fear is having LL reunite 5 minutes before the show ends, a la RR from Friends. :mad: :rolleyes:

Yeah I hope so too, I do. I hate that Rina thinks the only thing that is interesting are these lame OOC romantic triangles that never happen in real life. Its such an overused plot on TV. :rolleyes: But like you Im hoping for some respect like she always gave Everwood.

It makes me sick to think Lorelai isn't smart enough to realize Deadbeat is a deadbeat and their friendship/relationship (whatever it is) is so demented. Hello shes 40, has raised a kid alone, and runs a business. How can she not see Deadbeat's idiocy??? Its so obvious to everyone, including his own daughter. :rolleyes: I have faith its only a matter of time before they get closure for good this time.
