Fall is definitely my fave of the entire revival for sure! I appreciated the open ending to Rory's (love) life.

An open ending leaves it up to the fans to decide what they think will happen, which is probably the best thing when it comes to Rory's love life. At least that way there is no definitive endgame and half of a fanbase isn't left upset.

Why disspoint the majority of the fanbase? It would also be a disservice to the chatacters.

It really would be a disservice to the characters to not have them end up together. The story tells us from the beginning that these two will get together, so to not have that happen and stick at the end, is bad for the story.

Their relationship was one of main focused stories of the show. It was a journey we went on with them and it hand to end with them together.
