You uploaded everyone in this link didn't you? Is there a bigger version of those pics? Penelope's won't be usable as she's got the text over her & probably because her hair is cut off at the top too.

Would you all prefer if Daphne were the top layer? Or Simon?
Or would it not matter between the 2 of them? As someone technically has to be in the "front" so to speak.

To add to what Jac is saying - everyone would be the same size. But technically one or more characters need to be the top layer(s) giving a possible appearance of being in front (e.g. on Friends technically Monica is in front although everyone is the same size)
