Shame she hasn't been spotted . Katie's meant to be appearing in the Arrow episode but might be a minor thing

I really don’t know what Guggenheim’s problem is with her.

And if he thinks so little of her character why would he want her to be part of this spinoff with Mia and Dinah in the first place?

I doubt it. He killed her off in the first place. It was the CW’s president who saw Black Siren and said to bring her back full time.
