The lightstick debate! I do agree that they are a big part of kpop and that they could be a nice way to get more images involved. However, many questions arise once you start targeting specific lightsticks. Like how many would be used? And how would we decide which groups to pick? Because unless we went with a general lightstick, we'd have to find a way to keep that fair as this is a board for all groups and acts.

Another random thought could be headbands like this or this or even flower crowns? As they are often worn at fansigns.

I was thinking of maybe including the different music show trophies like MCountdown, Show Champion and Music Bank. Or the end of year awards trophies like MAMA , Seoul Music Awards and Golden Disk Awards. Also, I was thinking of using the VLive symbol since a lot of groups used the app a lot to interact with fans.

I really like the idea of using the trophies! I think that would be a great way to fill space and also are a good representation of kpop, especially the music show trophies! Since those are seen every week. I was also thinking about the vlive logo! So I agree that it is a good potential image to use also

Maybe if lightsticks are used its the general straight ones but more in the background?

that way they don't stand out so much, don't represent a specific group, but still have lightsticks represented?

That could work so at least the lightsticks are still there even though they won't be standing out too much.

I like the idea of the second headpiece since it's been a popular item in the fan signs. The flower crowns would work too.

General lightsticks could work I think

Especially if, like said, they are in the background. I think a lot of groups use some that look similar before they get an official one

Cherry blossoms could also be something that could be usable? Just to throw more ideas out there in case they are needed!

We have now finished making all the graphics and the Graphics Team are going to vote on a winner, so this thread will now be closed until the colours and graphic have been set up - then we will re-open it so you can tell us what you all think!
