I liked it

I don't think you do, but I like Clary/Jace.
So their training scene I loved.
I really liked that she ended up with both her parents daggers.
But liked even more that her signature weapon is NOT those daggers

I'm confused as to where Simon's storyline is going

And gosh, I love Malec. I will forever love Malec, so I'm always good with more Malec

(M)Alec just makes my heart melt.

I'm warming up to Jalec, I suppose. I really like how their trainig was choreographed, it was really cool. So grateful those daggers aren't her signature, she deserves to be the baddest of badasses.

Simon's storyline is one from the books and it's actually pretty badass, so I'm stoked to see how the show handles it;

I think this is one of these shows that actually deserves more of my attention, but yet I never really do / make myself / get around to it I had completely forgotten about Clary making a wish with that angel

I have a very very very strong dislike for the author which is annoying when you love the characters. For example Book 4,5 and a big part of 6 are just utterly trash and I've only read it once but some characters go through some good development.



I think due to their rocky start people still see Shadowhunters as that little awkward show and it's so dark now, it's insane.

Oh I'm with you on that dislike.
I didn't even like her before I read. And then I read. And I thought it was crap and that just added to my dislike

I finally watched the episode..
Really liked Clary and Jace's training scene.. and that Clary chose her parent's daggers..
Her fight was awesome to.. she's really became a badass.. it'S cool, that they are not her signature weapon though.. (was that in the book?)
I do remember much from the books.. all but Simon's storyline
And the one with Luke's partner..

Well, one episode later and they revealed what's wrong with Simon, at least they didn't spend a long time dragging that out.

Alec and Magnus in 3x02 were wonderful. So much screentime;

i love the malec scenes soo much.

i read the books a long time ago, but i really dont remember them. i have a crappy memory

i love the Jace/Clary scenes. the awkward date night was great.

what is going on with jace's weird nightmares though. is that something to do with returning from the dead and the angel thing?
