Yea I may have to do a binge to catch up again before 3rd season :rotfl: than see if I can keep up to date but weekly shows have started to really fade for me :look: rather binge stuff

man i need to watch this show i loved the books but i havent finished that watched the movie i didnt mind it but ive been so wary to watch this show do we all like it ?

The TV show is a million times better than the movie. While it sticks a lot less close to the original story and the acting is a bit iffy in the beginning, they get the characters and aren't just recreating it to make money. :shrug:

It's its own story and it's an interesting one.

I actually didn't like Season 1 as much. I actually quit watching after a few episodes. But after the entire season was there, I decided to binge and catch up and it definitely got way better :nod: And now I love it :love:

I liked season 1 because there were just callbacks to the books that I could really enjoy, and my favourite character (aka Alec) finally getting the screen time he never got in the books. Season 2A wasn't something I was very into, but oh man 2B. :thud:

Personally I feel like The Mortal Instruments is the worst series in the Shadowhunters Chronicles. :sigh: Like I enjoyed the first three for what they were, but 4 and 5 are just... It doesn't help that I never could connect with Jace and/or Clary. They really just annoyed me and the story didn't make any sense in those two. :look:

True the books are really good but i only read like 5 or 6 of them :D , i didnt mind the movie but they did put to much in it , this series was always meant to be a tv show not a movie

once ive caught up with my other shows ill give it a try

see i didnt mind clary and jace i loved jace as a character i liked his wit but i needed a perfect actor to play him and tbh back in the day the fans favourite was alex pettyifer i still think his a perfect jace .
