IDK if Jon would just abdicate WF like that... he didn't agree with Sansa's decision and when he was named KITN he didn't give that up even seeing Sansa defying his orders and such... I think deep down he really wanted to rule.
I would've liked if he was the only Targaryen that survived and took over Dragonstone or something like that

I don't see him wanting to rule WF if Sansa wants it and I for sure, especially in S7 onwards, really thought Sansa wanted to rule WF. If he was elected by the North, yes, I don't see him abdicate when he became KITN but after what went down in S8, if he still had a choice, I can see him abdicate for Sansa.

I think Sansa always wanted to rule, and then when she saw that KL was that ruthless she changed focus to WF, she didn't seem happy that Jon was chosen to be KITN.
I think that you're right though, after season 8 I think Jon would actually choose to live reclusively with the Free Folks.. he was pretty broken after having to kill Daenerys.

I agree. She didn't seem happy that Jon was KITN. And now I'm remembering why I wasn't a fan of Sansa.

Sometimes I wish Ygritte just lived and she fought alongside Jon & Tormund. In the end, Jon will still choose the Free Folk and at least he has both Tormund & Ygritte along with him, his loyal friends to the end.

I only liked Sansa in season 8 and still probably, as everybody else, she didn't have that many scenes

It would be interesting to see how things would be if Ygritte had survived, but I don't see her sticking by Jon's side like Tormund did... she really felt betrayed by Jon and I don't know how she would move past that

Yeah she's pretty stubborn and their personalities will clash surely. I wasn't really a fan of the pairing because I don't see them working out for very long. They're better off as comrades.

Ygritte would've been a good fighting partner. If she had lived, I think she's gonna be one of those who will be alive in the end along with Tormund.

I actually didn't feel bad when she died. During that battle, I wasn't truly on-board with the Free Folk yet. It wasn't until the WW attack in Hardhome that I warmed towards them.
