I'm a fan of underdogs... I like Jon since the beginning... seeing how Catelyn treated him was the thing that made me really want him to succeed

Me too cause his 'siblings' were all kind to him. Even Sansa who I find irritating in S1. It was only Catelyn who treated him unfairly but she also has a reason to. It's sad that once Jon left, he never saw her again.

I loved that the sibling relationship showed in just the first 2 episodes really let us know that they really loved each other
And I sympathized a lot with Catelyn when she tells that story about how she felt guilty for wishing him to die when he was a baby and then praying for his recover. __________________

I don't blame Catelyn, I probably would've reacted the same. But for her to have all those guilt feelings makes her a good person. She'll probably never love Jon the same way she'll love her children but I think in time, if she had lived, she'll learn to love him like her own.

She felt betrayed, and rightfully so I wish we had seen more interaction between her and Jon, also for her to have seen all the good that he did

They looked so carefree back then like just a bunch of guys out for training and tasked to save the world before all the BS happened.

So naive and hopeful I really wanted them to reach glory and find their place of fame

Me too and while I'm sort of okay with the Jon ending that we had, I also wanted him to rule in some way. Not all 7 Kingdoms but maybe WF at least.

I would've loved to see him as Warden of the North following in Ned's steps, he would be great there!!

That would be the best for him, imo.

Perfect ending, but then what would be Sansa's ending?! She would be overshadowed and I couldn't see both Jon and Sansa trying to rule WF as I then could see schemes and lots of political plays starting off again

I can imagine Jon probably abdicating and giving that role to Sansa. I think he knows she wants to rule WF and would gladly give it to her instead. It sucks that in the long run, being a Targ did nothing for Jon. If everyone in this world is hell bent on rules, then Jon should have a say on things and not just locked up and have nothing to do.
