I imagine that would be most people's reaction to seeing Monty Python for the first time.

Like Julie said, it's a film - a parody of Arthurian legend. It also became a musical around 15 years ago. Fun fact: David Hyde Pierce (Niles from Frasier) originated the role of Sir Robin in the musical.

I didn't know that about David Hyde Pierce. I bet he was awesome in it.

I saw the musical Spamalot on stage a few years ago. It was so funny.

Lots of people are in it. There are many different versions in different countries. Marcus Brigstocke, Toddy Carty and Bonnie Langford were in the version I saw.
