Maybe. They did win their latest game 7-1 (and are currently 4th).

It was the best performance from them in a long time so maybe this is a start of something good...

The UEFA Nations League draw was today. Pretty interesting groups. But I still have to fully figure what the whole Nations League is about/how exactly it works.

It's a new thing. I think it's another way to qualify for the Euros through friendly games.

I didn't watch too many matches this weekened but the ones I did (Levante vs. Real Madrid & Liverpool vs. Tottenham) were disappointing. xD

Yeah I watched the Tottenham vs Liverpool match. I couldn't believe Harry Kane missed that penalty. I went upstairs and all of a sudden it was 2-1 and again Harry Kane was taking a penalty. He made that one. Maybe he was already thinking about the SB since he's a huge Tom Brady fan.

Yeah it does, I'm definitely eager to see how it works out. The friendlies will be much more exciting now.

Both of those penalties were weird decisions from the referee. Too bad Liverpool's goalkeeper couldn't save the 2nd one. Yes, I find myself rooting for Liverpool now. xD

But I guess it was cool Kane got his 100th PL goal.

Also an amazing goal from Salah (his 2nd of the game).

Liverpool plays the Saints on Sunday. So glad Southampton won vs. West Bron on Saturday. They've mostly been getting draws lately. Should be a competitive match vs. Liverpool on Sunday.

There was some incredible goals in football generally last week. The 1 by Wanyama was incredible.
